		Allison Glen Before joining Psymmetry in June 2004, Allison spent 14 years in IT Recruitment as a System Administrator. She is Project Manager for Royal Bank of Scotland.
		Klinsyinn Leung Klinsyinn Klinsyinn joined the YSC Hong Kong office in 2007 with an interest in developing the Psymmetry team as well as contributing to the consulting business in Hong Kong. Before joining YSC, Klinsyinn was a consultant in SHL, specializing in the areas of training, executive assessments and psychometric development. He holds a degree in Psychology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and is expecting his master degree in HRM&D from Leicester University. He speaks fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
		Noel McGeown Noel graduated from Liverpool John Moore's University in 1999 with a BA in Screen Studies. He spent 6 years working in a number of roles for an award winning commercials film Production Company before joining Psymmetry in January 2007.
		Clare Morse-Brown Clare graduated from the University of St Andrews in 2003 with an MA in Psychology and English. She worked with a local affiliation of MIND in various roles including service development, before moving to London and working for Ealing Social Services. She joined Psymmetry in 2005.
		Heather Pantello Heather graduated in 2001 with a degree in Marketing and Psychology from Bryant University. She joined Psymmetry in 2004 where she assumed the role of managing the US Operations.
		Mike Pettet Mike graduated from the University of Warwick in 1995. Following his research for the Ministry of Defence, Mike has created a number of high profile web sites ranging from major scientific sites to dating sites. He is currently working on Psymmetry's rich psychometric offerings and developments to the online survey tools.
		Stacy Richardson Stacy graduated from Brown University in 2005 with a degree in Mathematics. Having studied on exchange at the University of New South Wales, Stacy returned to Sydney to work for Commonwealth Bank of Australia. She joined YSC in November and shortly after moved into Psymmetry, assuming the role of Operations Manager, Asia-Pacific.
		Katherine Williamson Katherine graduated from Deakin University Melbourne with an honours degree in Psychology. While studying, she completed an internship in Organisational Psychology. She then spent 2 years working as a Vocational Consultant with a private rehabilitation provider in Melbourne. Katherine spent the last year travelling around the UK and Europe, and is now based in London.
